Quarantine Restrictions: Should a holiday be forced to cancel due to the closure of the New Zealand border or New Zealand government-imposed COVID-19-related quarantine requirements, You will have the option to amend the travel dates penalty-free (any additional costs due to changes in seasonality or new rates will be passed on to you). If the holiday is being cancelled as a result of needing to self-isolate prior to or post-holiday, standard cancellation penalties will apply. We strongly recommend you protect your investment with comprehensive travel insurance that covers this possibility.
Insurance: We recommend that all clients seek local and professional advice on their specific insurance needs at the time of making their reservation. Many insurance providers can include cancellation or interruption cover. This means that should their flight be delayed or cancelled or amendments to their holiday are required due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances then fees and costs may be recoverable. If clients fail to travel with sufficient and comprehensive insurance cover, VINZ-TINZ Ltd will not be liable for any losses in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are adequately covered.
